Tim Martinez
Partner

Tim Martinez brings decades of experience in marketing, public relations, government relations, public policy, and community outreach. His career includes work with nationally recognized organizations in sports and entertainment, including the Detroit Pistons, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney On Ice, and Ticketmaster. He has also led political, community, and public affairs campaigns throughout California.

A U.S. Army veteran, Tim has deep roots in the Central Valley and has held leadership roles with Hispanic chambers of commerce at the local, regional, and statewide levels. He is a proud Fresno State graduate and 2023 HERO Award recipient.

Outside of work, Tim is an avid golfer and wine connoisseur.

Samantha Contreras
Partner

Originally from Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, Samantha brings more than 15 years of experience in public affairs, government, community organizing, labor, business, healthcare, and strategic communications. A seasoned legislative advocate and California Capital Assembly Fellowship alumna, she has led high-impact campaigns across California, navigating complex issues and engaging diverse communities.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Samantha combines strategic insight, cultural fluency, and a deep understanding of California to move organizations and issues forward.

Samantha holds an MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, where she received the Robert H. Smiley Leadership Award, as well as the Food and Agriculture Innovation Award from the UC Davis Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute.

Outside of work, Samantha practices yoga and Pilates, enjoys golf, and cheers for the Dodgers.
